Team WOD 18:00 AMRAP

Person 1: Starts Rowing

Everyone else:

60ft Walking Lunges w/medball

50 Hover Ball Tosses

60ft Walking Lunges w/medball

25 Team Sit ups w/medball

Goal is: As Many Cals as possible as a Team, completing a round counts as 20 cals

(1 person rowing, everyone else will be on the AMRAP moving as a team, switch person on the rower at any time)
