150 Walking Lunges w/ Medball
75 Burpee Box Overs
1 Mile Run

*Partners Switch every :15 for 2 Minutes, :30 for 4 minutes, :45 for 8 Minutes, then :30 for remaining time.

(1 Mile Run together, Run until Vester ends, then back down 9 Mile)
