In teams of 2 or 3

100 Air Squats

100 Burpees

200 Air Squats

200 KB Swings

300 Air Squats

300 Sit Ups

*Partner must hang from the pull up bar while partner is doing air Squats. Plank during other movements.

*Must switch when partner comes out of hold.
