First Death By : 2 Sandbag Ground to Shoulder, 2 Grappling Shoot Through

Second Death By: 2 Burpees, 2 Ring Rows
(Death by= 2 Ground to shoulder and 2 Shoot Throughs on the first minute, 4 Ground to shoulder and 4 Shoot throughs on the second. Continue adding 2 reps until you can no longer complete the amount of reps in under the minute. If you complete the reps before the minute, rest until the next minute)
