-1.5mi bike (or 1000m run if you don’t have a bike)
-40 sandbag S2O
-30 sandbag bear hug squats
-10 lateral burpees over sandbag
BYOBiiiiiiiike (we will have a couple extra available at the gym), helmet and mat if you have them, and water. In the event of sketchy weather please check back here for possible change of plans.
