Halloween WOD
“Get your giant bag ‘o candy home safe before the zombies getcha”

7 rounds, each round for time:
10 sandbag cleans
8 sandbag box overs
6 sandbag wall to wall shuttles
1:00 rest between rounds

COVID disc: Please register for class through Zen Planner so we can plan accordingly.
(7 peep limit inside – there is still the option to workout outside if you wish, weather permitting)
