Heather has been involved in Crossfit since 2012 and coaching since 2013. She is an endurance athlete who’s participated in many events with GORUCK, Spartan, The Endurance Society, TPK, Great Lakes Endurance and whatever terrible idea she can be talked into (it doesn’t take much.) Heather has herNASM-CPT, CFL1, Crossfit Weightlifting and BAR certifications. Her favorite thing about Crossfit is the community and the overwhelming support it has for every athlete, no matter what ability level they may be. Heather and her norseman husband enjoy year round camping and brewing beer in their spare time. Yes, the dogs too.
Cameron (Cam) Brown
Cam Cam the coaching man. He’s been doing CrossFit Since 2012 and coaching since 2013. He’s talks a lot, tells a lot of bad jokes… but he cares. He is a CFL1 Trainer and has completed the CrossFit Competitors Training course with Chris Spealer and Matt Chan. He’s also participated in Kendrick Farris’s Bless the Gym Tour where he sharpened his Olympic Weightlifting skills. Always on a quest for improvement, Cam furiously scours the internet and other resources to provide the best coaching he can. He’s also up for many different crazy challenges that are in the realm of possibility. Cam enjoys movies, games and talking about the world. He’s pretty cool I guess.
Christine (Chrissy) Felczak
Chrissy has been CrossFitting since 2010, and coaching since 2012. Before coaching she was an elementary school teacher leading to her love of all things CrossFit Kids. After having her son, she realized her passion for working with pregnant and postpartum moms and moms-to-be, and she co-runs the Baby and Beyond Movement and Strength program. Her certifications include CFL2, CFL1, CF Kettlebells, CF Kids, CF mobility course, certified MI teacher.
Sarah (SayKay) Brown
Sarah “SayKay” has been CrossFitting since she arrived in Michigan in 2015 and received her CF-L1 in July of 2017. Slightly above average at various sports over the years, she’s finally found a home under heavy barbells. What she most appreciates about CrossFit is its ability to build a diverse community centered around bettering yourself and supporting those around you everyday.
