December 2019 Course Dates: December 3, 6, 10, 12, 17, 19

A 3-week beginner program designed to give new members a solid foundation in their CrossFit journey.

This course meets twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday) at 6:30pm for an hour long class.

The class covers the fundamentals of CrossFit:

  • Understanding goals, focus and intention
  • Warming Up
  • Understanding Movements and modifications
  • Recovery Tips
  • Foundations for improving progress and achieving goals
