If you need a short, simple and intense cardio workout, Cycle Blitz is for you.

Cycle Blitz class is a 30 Minute cardio session done on an air bike. These sessions are designed to increase your aerobic capacity and stamina in a short amount of time. With the air bike being a low impact movement and the class being easy to learn and scale, this class is built for all fitness levels.

Classes are $12 a session if you are not a member of CrossFit HCS and free for members. Sign up and register by clicking Blitz (green square) in the schedule below.
