Vinyasa Flow: Led by Nina Yu
In this class we will develop our flexibility, strength, and balance in a supportive, community focused environment. We will cultivate mindfulness by flowing through different postures and linking our breath to our movement. This class is open to all levels. We welcome beginners and seasoned yogis – whether this is your first time stepping on a mat or 100th time this class is for you!
