We’ve been getting a few questions about our programming at CrossFit HCS. The main question we are hearing is about us not having a “Strength WOD” before the “WOD”. We’ve decided to address these concerns on our website. Under the “About” tab we’ve added “Our Programming” where we address some of those questions. We’ll add more to it as we get more questions.
